• Terms & Conditions – Private Theatre

• 1. Booking & Payment

• ✅ Slots are confirmed only after advance payment.

• ✅ The remaining balance (if any) must be paid before the show starts.

• ✅ Booking amount is non-refundable, but rescheduling is allowed (see policy below).

• 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• ✅ Rescheduling allowed up to 72 hours before the booked slot (subject to availability).

• ✅ No refunds for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

• 3. Slot Timings

• ✅ Your session will start and end as per the scheduled time.

• ✅ Extra time will be charged if you exceed your slot (based on availability).

• 4. Food & Beverages

• ✅ Outside food is not allowed.

• ✅ Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the theatre.

• 5. Safety Rules

• ✅ Only small indoor sparkles are allowed for cake cutting.

• ✅ Large fountain candles, fireworks, or any item causing smoke/fire are not permitted.

• ✅ Guests must handle celebration items carefully to avoid damage.

• 6. Cleanliness & Damages

• ✅ Please keep the theatre clean.

• ✅ Any damage to property, seats, screen, or equipment will be charged to the customer.

• 7. Behaviour & Conduct

• ✅ Loud shouting, misuse of equipment, or disturbing behaviour is not allowed.

• ✅ Management reserves the right to cancel the slot if guests violate rules.

• 8. Capacity Limit

  ✅ Guest count should not exceed the allowed seating capacity.

  ✅ Children must be supervised by adults at all times.

  9. Content & Usage

  ✅ You may play your own content via pendrive/mobile (subject to compatibility).

  ✅ Playing pirated content is the customer’s responsibility.

  ✅ Management is not liable for content-related issues.

  10. Liability

  ✅️ Management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

  ✅️ Entering the theatre means you agree to follow all rules and guidelines.
